However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. Because our items are designed for babies, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

To return an item, please email us at info@netuki.ie with your order number to receive a confirmation. Returns are accepted for exchange, credit or refund and must be made within 21 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Returns without tags or damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.
Delivery charges are non-refundable and we are not responsible for return delivery charges.
All sale or promotion items are final sale.
